In this super fun 1-day event we will be learning about using rocks that are underfoot to make very cool rock walls, garden beds, and chill spots.

 

THE PROJECT:  We will be creating a rocked in pea gravel chill space, with rock seating here and there around the north side of The Bird House ~ a unique cob and pallet structure on property. 

You will gain all the knowledge and confidence to go home and make stuff with rocks!

This one-day workshop is a day trip for locals, although people coming from out of town are very welcome to add on a night or two of camping under the gorgeous skies here at Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm. Our sweet little camping area has spectacular views of sunrises and moonrises, and some of the darkest skies to be found for great star gazing and YES! We see shooting stars ALL THE TIME!

Snacks will be included., please pack a brown-bag lunch!  Suggested donation $15 to $50.
 

WE are offering a sliding scale for this workshop, please pay what you can either online or in person, and camping can be added before or after workshop, or both! Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm is located in Middletown, Lake County, CA.  Some "glamping" sites and farmhouse rooms are available for an additional fee.  We are deliciously close to Harbin Hot Springs, and may book a group appointment, depending on interest.
