Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm becoming a NonProfit Organization!

I am THRILLED to announce that Golden Rocks Permaculture Farm is now forming a non-profit organization! Simultaneously celebrating our fifteenth anniversary of farming, we are now officially a Demonstration Farm and Hands-On Learning Center!!

Our MISSION: To demonstrate and educate through our work and infrastructure, nurturing individual and community resilience through connection with the natural world, inclusive of working with land to provide food, housing, work spaces and systems that are wholesome, self-reliant, economical, low-tech, highly functional, healing, and achievable.

Our VISION: Creating a nurturing environment on a five acre demonstration farm and education center featuring hands-on curriculum based on Regenerative Agriculture, Natural Building, Herbal Medicines, and holistic healing modalities, and operating with low-intensity “footprint”, and highly functioning low-tech systems and infrastructure.

By encouraging deeper relations with Mother Earth, we foster Earth-care as a powerful component of Self-care.

Your contributions can be for general support, or designated to specific activities, such as sponsoring educational programs, advancing infrastructure such as our straw-bale welcome center, or for conservation planting.
